Bad Documents Seminar

I just received an ad for a seminar addressing one of the biggest challenges we are facing today – bad plans and specs. It is being put on by an outfit called the Construction Claims Advisor. The lawyer making the presentation specializes in construction law. The web address is; The webinar is called “To Kill A Project: Contractor Strategies for Dealing With Defective Plans and Specs”.

This will be the first webinar I will have attended from this company, so I can’t personally vouch for them. However, the subject matter was like cheese to a mouse for me. I could not pass it up.
