I had been looking for a place to discuss electrical estimating for years, without much success. My son-in-law (a web developer) suggested that I start writing electrical estimating articles in a blog, which I started in April of 2009. In October of 2012, Electrical Contractor Magazine started publishing my work. So here it is. I hope you enjoy.
The picture above is of one of my favorite places, Rainbow Falls. It is in the High Sierras, on the middle fork of the San Joaquin River. The water comes from snow pack and glaciers you can see from the river. Take a close look at the right hand side – that’s me getting out of the water after swimming under the falls. Cold is an understatement.
